Working for an SME, every time I need to place a stationery order I search for the cheapest supplier I can find. Over the last 5 months 5StarEasyOfficeSupplies have been consistently cheaper than their competitors - no gimmicks, freebies or perks, just reliable deliveries and friendly aftersales service. Our Account Manager (Bryan) is a star, responding promptly to email and phone queries and resolving the very minor issues we have had since opening the account. The only down-side is that invoices have to be emailed and can't be downloaded from the website, but apart from a minor inconvenience, the online store is simple and easy to use. Give them a try - you've nothing to lose, and you won't be disappointed with the prices.

"Easy, Quick and Reliable"

Firstly the web site is easy to use, understandable and is straight forward, as I am ordering online for the office, I don't want to be spending a great deal of time just to purchase something simple. I did previously try to order the same lamp I purchased from 5 star, through another site, it did not make an impression as I cannot remember the company's name. However I was impressed with the saving I made using 5 Star, that I also ordered another Lamp for the IT department. Since then I did have a problem with one of the lamps; no problem, Taylor who handled my query, organised for a pick up of the faulty item and re-ordered another for the next day. Now that is what I call 100% service.

Easy To Use Website

Well...so far everything I've bought from here has been fine - plus the prices are good - especially on the 5Star and unbranded products - and delivery is usually next day. It's easy to browse the website as well - I don't have too much time to spend on buying stationery :) The only problem I had was getting the vat invoices - but that's sorted now.

Since we have been using the company to supply our stationery we have had superb customer service. Any queries regarding items or costs have been dealt with by Bryan or Martyn with promptly and in a very pleasant manner. It is a pleasure dealing with this company. As we are based in Northern Ireland it is not always possible to obtain a next day delivery service from suppliers based on the mainland, however 5 Star Easy Office Supplies have managed to do so, and the delivery men are also a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

Brilliant company to use!

I have only been using 5 Star office supplies for a short while, but the time i have been using them they have been fantastic. a lot of their items are cheaper, and the service i get each time i place an order is brilliant. My contact is Bryan and he really knows how to look after you and always thanks you when placing an order. I can always ask him anything at anytime and he will always reply to me within a good time frame and if he is not available then someone else will always reply to me.
Overall i would definitley recommend this company to anyone that is thinking of using them. The service i get is absoluelty brilliant. :)
